RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Atlas Jersey. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Do not send any item back without prior written authorization. Any item sent without prior approval may be refused.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer general returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, preference, sizing expectations, or subjective dissatisfaction, except where required by applicable law.

Any return, exchange, or refund request is subject to prior review and express written approval by us.

To request a review, you may be required to provide:
- your order number;
- proof of purchase;
- clear photos and videos of the product;
- photos of the packaging;
- a detailed description of the issue.

No refund will be issued before our review is completed and, where required by us, before the item has been returned, received, and physically inspected.

Under no circumstances may a customer receive a refund and also keep the product when return of the item is required by us.

Any item approved for return must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, including, where applicable:
- unworn;
- unused;
- unwashed;
- with tags attached;
- in original packaging.

We reserve the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund request if we determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, that:
- the item shows signs of use, wear, washing, odor, misuse, tampering, alteration, or customer-caused damage;
- parts, tags, packaging, or other components are missing;
- the item returned does not match the item originally sold;
- there is evidence of fraud, abuse, false claims, chargeback abuse, or other bad-faith conduct.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times by banks, card issuers, and payment providers may vary.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact.atlasjersey@gmail.com.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- items showing signs of wear, use, washing, misuse, or customer-caused damage;
- items returned without original tags or original packaging, where requested;
- personalized, customized, or special-order items;
- sale, clearance, promotional, or final-sale items;
- gift cards;
- items damaged by improper handling, unauthorized alteration, or use contrary to care instructions.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Upon Delivery

You must inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact.atlasjersey@gmail.com and provide sufficient supporting evidence, which may include:
- clear photos and videos of the issue;
- photos of the shipping box and packaging;
- your order number and proof of purchase.

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be denied.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not automatic and are always subject to prior review and product availability.

If we approve an exchange, we may require the original item to be returned and received by us before any replacement is sent.

Approval of an exchange does not entitle the customer to keep the original item and receive an additional item.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by us in writing, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges, and inspections, including:
- shipping the item back to us;
- return shipping from us to the customer, where applicable;
- insurance, tracking, signature confirmation, and secure packaging costs;
- any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or similar fees, where applicable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit to us.

If an item is sent to us for inspection and the claim is denied, the customer remains responsible for return shipping and any related costs before the item is sent back.

Policy Abuse and Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to refuse any request, cancel any order, deny service, or take any other appropriate action if we reasonably determine that a customer has engaged in:
- fraud or attempted fraud;
- false claims;
- serial return abuse;
- chargeback abuse;
- return of a different item;
- tampering or alteration;
- abusive, threatening, or bad-faith conduct.
